With a foundation in dance, an education in biology, and background in strength and conditioning (as a former D1 All-American in track-and field), Tiffany has an integrative approach to fitness. Combining elements of functional movement, resistance training, Pilates and isometrics, her classes and programming aim to strengthen the muscle and fascia, while improving flexibility, stability, and emotional well-being. Based in New York, Tiffany has made a name for herself in the fitness, and fashion industry. She has been featured in publications such as Shape Mag, GQ, L’Officiel, and Essence, and for numerous brands from Nike, Technogym, and FitBit to Bobbi Brown and Givenchy. Tiffany uses her extensive knowledge of the human body and multi-modality arsenal to identify areas to be strengthened and movement patterns to be corrected.

Valeria

Valeria, a vibrant native of Mexico City, discovered her profound connection to dance at a young age. With her remarkable ability to blend various dance styles, she effortlessly transforms movement into a heartfelt expression ingrained deep within her being. As a passionate fitness trainer, Valeria seamlessly infuses Latin rhythms into her innovative workout style, placing a strong emphasis on the harmonious connection between the mind and body, as well as the nourishment of the soul. In her classes, energy fills the room, empowering each participant and creating a joyous celebration of movement. Valeria's approach encourages everyone to embrace their unique individuality and find sheer delight in syncing their bodies to the captivating rhythm of the music, all while achieving their fitness goals.

Walter

POST HOUSE Founder, Walter Savage, is a fitness industry innovator and has created the most influential fitness experience. He specializes in improving body movement with programming that fixes imbalances while enhancing strength. Walter has provided programming and instruction to NYC-based clients for nearly a decade and has collaborated with top tier fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Joseph Abboud and major publications including Porter Mag, Men’s Fitness, L’Official. Each of his science-based, personalized training sessions are structured to first fully and properly prepare the body for work, to focus on the form during the process, and then systematically “cool down” upon completion.

Taylor

Taylor is an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer located in The Hamptons. With a lifelong passion for helping others, Taylor pursued a career that aligns with her goal of making a positive impact. Realizing the potential to not only assist individuals but also share her expertise and love for fitness, she found her true purpose. Throughout her career, Taylor has dedicated herself to aiding people in achieving their health and fitness goals, deriving great joy from the experience of guiding her clients. Taylor firmly believes in the importance of maintaining a fitness program that is both enjoyable and sustainable, tailored to each individual's personal fitness aspirations.

Tarik

With a 16-year journey deeply rooted in the fitness industry, Tarik’s story is one of passion, resilience, and transformation. He is proudly certified as a NASM Fitness Coach, an EXOS Performance Coach, a UESCA Running Coach, a NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, and a FIFA Soccer Coach. Tarik’s career began on the soccer fields, where he played for 12 years, honing his athletic skills and understanding the power of disciplined training. The transition from competitive sports to coaching was a natural evolution for Tarik. Over the years, he has guided in-person  and online clients, each journey unique but bound by a common goal: to reach their peak potential and become the best version of themselves. Tarik’s expertise extends beyond coaching into the realm of media and fashion. He has been featured in fitness magazines, led multiple international fashion campaigns and commercials, and in 2010, he was honored with the title of Mr. Universe Model of the World. Sports and fitness have been Tarik’s companions since early childhood, shaping him into a compassionate and driven individual. He is passionate about motivating others, sharing his knowledge, and helping them achieve their fitness aspirations.
